After years working in the corporate world in Toronto, owners, Lydia Charalambakis and Tania Hrebicek, decided it was time to turn their love of fine cheese and great food into a new career path. Opened at the end of October, 2010, Everything Cheese is an independent specialty cheese and gourmet food store located in the south end of Edmonton.
You’ll find that their passion is evident throughout the store. Everything Cheese carries over 100 cheeses from around the world, including a large variety of best-in-class Canadian cheeses and the classics from Europe. To complement the cheeses, there is a carefully chosen selection of other fine foods, including olives, charcuterie, pate and foie gras, crackers, olive oils and vinegars, pastas and pasta sauces, various condiments and fine chocolate. They also carry a beautiful array of accessories for entertaining and cheese related tools such as knives and cheese boards.
Finally, Everything Cheese can help you select cheese and accompaniments for the perfect cheese platter or prepare one that is ready to go.
